Climate Heroes

Climate Heroes
Action against climate change can be done by all. Students will explore some of the sustainable features which help us to reduce our green-house gas emissions at our Centre, and then learn more about individual actions through our "eco games", learning about water usage, food waste and transport emissions. They will also have the opportunity to demonstrate their understanding of climate action through an achievable personal behaviour change.

Learning objectives

  • to understand the science of climate change and how the Centre is trying to reduce its green-house gas emissions
  • to understand how individual actions through behaviour change can reduce carbon emissions
  • to demonstrate their understanding of climate action through an achievable personal behaviour change
