Residential Prices

Accommodation:

We have two circles of pods. In each circle there are 10 pods. Each pod can sleep up to four pupils (fewer for older pupils).

We advise 8 pods for pupils (up to 32) and 2 pods for accompanying adults.

If you have more than 32 pupils, you will have access to both circles of pods providing space for up to 64 pupils.

If you have more than 64 pupils, please book more than one residential date.

Most groups choose a 2 night residential so that they have 3 days of activities.

Pricing April 2025 – March 2026

£120pp for the first night, £60pp for each additional night (£180pp for a 2-night camp)

Minimum Numbers

During summer term, bookings must be made for a minimum of 40 pupils for 2 nights (£7200)
At other times of year, the minimum charge will be for 20 pupils for 1 night (£2400)

GCSE or A Level Groups

Fees will include a 10% surcharge to cover additional planning and resources.

Deposit

On booking, we will invoice for 10% of the minimum fee to secure your dates.
