Our guided nature walks led by our experienced environmental education officers are the perfect opportunity to learn more about the nature on our doorstep.
Epping Forest is the largest open space in London, covering over 6000 acres of habitat mosaic including ancient woodland, heathland, grassland and wetland, which support a variety of plants, fungi and animal species, many of which are rare elsewhere. Over two thirds of the forest is designated as a Site of Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Special Area of Conservation (SAC).
Walk content will vary depending on the season and interests of the leader.
