Wellbeing Mini Workshops - for Corporate Groups

Combine your Lodge hire with one of our activities. Mix and match from the Wellbeing Mini Workshops below or our Team Challenges page, to suit your group and timings. 

2 hours: Roots of Wellbeing

Relax with a guided meditation; reflect on your personal commitments and needs; then create your own meaningful self-care plan. Guided and supported by our Wilderness Therapeutic Practitioner.

Group size: Max 20.    Setting: Outside.

 

1 hour: Nurturing Campfire

Unwind and connect together around a the campfire with your choice of hot drink and snack or try a bushcraft brew. Take a mindful moment as you learn how to transform a simple routine into a more restorative one. Reflect on how to build and sustain your inner fire with our wellbeing expert.

Group size: 20-30.        Setting: Outside.

 

1 hour: Grounding in Nature

Relax with a guided meditation, aimed at reconnecting you with your inner strengths and with nature. Learn techniques for calming yourself in your everyday life. Finish with a creative activity to distil your takeaways (no artistic skill required!).

1 hour: Stress Busters

Experiment with a range of techniques to restore your body and mind to calmness, during your busy life, including: breathwork, somatic movement and stretches, sensory grounding, and sleep hacks. Consider your personal wellbeing pillars and how you can unlock more mental and physical energy with a few lifestyle tweaks.

Group size: 20-30.        Setting: Outdoors.

 

1 hour: Yoga

Join our qualified yoga instructor for a gentle session of Himalayan Hatha Yoga. A form of yoga working through the entire body to stretch, cleanse and revitalise. (Adaptions available - please discuss.)

Group size: Max 20.    Setting: Inside the Lodge

 

30 minutes: Desk-based Stretches

Explore some simple stretches, that can release stiffness and tension in just a few minutes. Perfect for those who spend hours seated and have little time for a reset. These micro ‘movement breaks’ can make a big difference to your body and mind and the rest of your day.
