Relax together around a hearty campfire with your choice of hot drink and snack or try a bushcraft brew. Take a mindful moment as you learn how to transform a simple routine into a more restorative on. Reflect on how to build and sustain your inner fire with our wellbeing expert.
Grounding in nature
Join our wellbeing expert in a guided meditation aimed at reconnecting you with your inner strengths and with nature. Learn techniques for calming yourself in your everyday life (even if you only have a couple of minutes). Follow up with a creative activity.
Roots of wellbeing
Reflect on your personal commitments and needs then create your own meaningful self-care plan. Guided and supported by our wilderness therapeutic practitioner.
