Therapeutic Programmes

Participants will set individualised goals and the therapeutic practitioner will tailor the programme to support them. This allows much more profound personal development than our shorter workshops. Standardised and other measures will be used to provide evidence of effectiveness. (These can include your own measures, if appropriate.) Extensive use is made of the natural world: as a setting; a resource for activities; and for inspiration, metaphors, and life lessons. Group size: up to 8 participants.
